Books - Dr Renee Mehrra talks to Mahendra Sheth, MD & Mrs.Sheela Sheth on the book Journey Through Captivity

 




On November 6th we published the announcement of Sheela Sheth's new book, "Journey Through Captivity" - click here for the announcement.




The book tells the true story of Dr. Mahindra Sheth who was working as a pediatrician with SCF in Ethiopia when he and others were kidnapped and held hostage for 49 days in 1983. His wife, Sheela Sheth, wrote the book about their experience.

Mahendra - your bravery in returning to Ethiopia after this experience to carry forward your work is a story all of its own. Congratulations and thanks for all you did there and in the years since.
