With this in mind, I am pleased to announce our amended policy on the  Disciplinary Process and Disciplinary Measures (DHR/POLICY/2019/001) . Henrietta Fore: Senior Coordinator on Preventing Sexual Exploitation and Workplace Abuse

Dear Colleagues, Please join me in welcoming Ms. Isabella Castrogiovanni as Senior Coordinator on Preventing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Workplace Abuse. Working in my office, Isabella will drive and track all elements of our enhanced and accelerated response to this critical issue. She will also be an initial point of contact to listen to any staff members’ requests or questions and point them in the right direction for help and support. Isabella is a long-standing UNICEF staff member with some 20 years of experience in development, humanitarian and conflict settings in ESAR, ROSA, EAPR, ECAR and MENA, with a focus on protection-related roles. Her last assignment was with UNICEF’s MENA Regional Office as regional Child Protection Advisor. She holds master’s degrees in Political Sciences and International Relations from the University of Florence, and in International and Comparative Legal Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
