Living up to these values — including in our private lives — requires staff members clearly knowing what is expected of them, what their rights are, and what processes are in place when any disciplinary measures are required. With this in mind, I am pleased to announce our amended policy on the Disciplinary Process and Disciplinary Measures (DHR/POLICY/2019/001) . The new policy (also available in Spanish , Arabic and French ) clearly lays out UNICEF’s zero-tolerance approach towards any misconduct by our personnel, no matter their status or seniority level.
