Witty Ditties - Celebrating our 3rd Birthday !!

We Editors at News and Views are still recovering from the March Quarterly.  At the same time we are celebrating the third anniversary of the Quarterly. 

So, in celebration Sree Gururaja has kicked off an exchange of witty ditties. A few of her fellow editors responded with their own.

Will this become a regular 'thing' at News and Views? Only time will tell. Meanwhile, we invite everyone to join in the fun. Send us examples of your own 'wit-icisms' or as we are calling them 'wit-ties'. Comment on the news, the day, or on life - or just have fun.

So what is a 'witty'? Not quite verse, for sure not curse, not quite limerick, just some gimmerick - a few lines that help you smile as you walk the daily mile !!

Do not say 'nay', just join in the fray !!

A limerick A week, did you Say?
What about one A day?
Collect them as we may,
Do we want to get into This fray?
I would definitely Say NAY !!!

Sree is The one to lead,
And all of us to heed,
To follow her we may need,
A new contract and créed,
Yes indeed, yes indeed !!!
