Sad demise of Mr. Shriram Agarwal - from UNICEF Pensioners Group India

We regret to inform you that Mr. Shriram Agarwal, popularly known as Shriramji, worked in UNICEF Lucknow office expired on 30 May 2026 after prolonged illness.  Mr Shriram Agarwal, popularly known to his friends as Shriramji, a Retiree from Lucknow office left for his heavenly abode on 30th May 2026, after prolonged illness.

Mr Shriram Agarwal worked in UNICEF Lucknow Office from 1979 to 1994. He had the opportunity of working with Mr Subhash Das Gupta, Mr SC Bhargava and Ms Sehba Hussain. He retired in 1994 as Sr Admin & Finance Assistant. Prior to joining UNICEF, he worked with the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Mr Agarwal was a very simple and pleasant person. All his colleagues liked him for his friendly nature.

Mr Agarwal is survived by his spouse Mrs Leela Agarwal, two sons - Atul and Manoj and a daughter - Dr (Ms) Poonam Gupta and their spouses.
