I am pleased to share with you that on 25 January 2025 Annual General Meeting of AFUNSOB (Association Of Former UN Staff Of Bangladesh) was held at UNICEF Bangladesh Country office JPG conference room.
Out of 369 members 89 were present. Last one year activities of the association were presented.
We discussed mainly about how retirees were assisted on Pention n MIP related issues (those who faced the problems during the period). Also we mentioned about AFUNSOB's assistance to the flood affected people in Bangladesh in Agust, 2024. Besides a presentation was made on DCE issue so that more and more Pensioners join the system.
It was also very good fellowship among the colleagues present. A group photograph was taken followed by lunch. Some photos are attached.
