    UNICEF SPOKESMAN DOESNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT UNICEF ACTIONS TO ALLEVIATE SUFFERING. ASSUME THAT MEANS UNICEF IS NOT DOING VERY MUCH THAT CAN BE QUANTIFIED
