February 2019 - I was visiting the Balat neighborhood, when I came across this bakery. Its owner welcomed me to enter and look at his shop. Balat is one of the oldest districts of Istanbul, where in the past many Greek Orthodox people were living. Today it is a tourist attraction with a unique atmosphere.
