NK News: UNICEF given sanctions exemption for work in North Korea

The '1718' Committee managing sanctions against North Korea has announced a second exemption for UNICEF, allowing a $5.7 million shipment of medical equipment to proceed.  This is the second exemption granted for UNICEF's shipments to the DPRK this year.
