  1. Edgard - good advice! What should everyone do so that the blog gets more readers?

    1. I think the website format is not a great one, It's not attractive, so it never invites you in. There are some great examples of blog sites the administrators can look at and use as inspirartion. I also think some of our great writers need to use better pictures of themselves rather than the "old; oh here is the picture button" pose :-)

    2. Thanks Edgar - one one hand you want a more inviting format and we get others say keep it simple? Which way do we go? The former editors have it super simple to post - simple as an email so no new tech is needed ? What are some blogs that are more inviting - without having products to sell or sponsors or complex sign in and adverts to navigate? I have looked at the most successful using the BLOGGER format / and don’t see anything too brilliant? We can improve always but we need ideas and content and replicable examples. Also we are all retired and this is a few hours per week volunteer work. Happy to look into other approaches and ways to invite people in.
