Impacting national social infrastructure durably given the supply-driven modalities and short to medium term focus of COD's

What is your biggest fear, in relation to the future of children? What is your greatest hope, in relation to children?

Fear: The UNs dependency on development cooperation and donors agendas shaped by their own strategic interests thereby creating dependency for UN agencies and developing countries alike.

Hope: defining national sovereignty as a developing owning and fully funding its social infrastructure priorities and agenda.

What is one piece of advice you would wish to give to the UNICEF Executive Director?
Make UNICEF into a thought leadership agency again.
