The UNICEF Representative is Dr. Manuel RodrÃguez Pumarol, a Dominican national, who joined UNICEF in 2018 and has served since 2023 as Representative in Guatemala and earlier as Head of Social Policy and Protection in UNICEF Jordan. He previously worked for the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
