Following the nomination of Zimbabwe during the February 2025 XUNICEF Reunion in Manilla, we are thrilled to invite you on this exciting journey of the discovery of Zimbabwe around February/March 2026 - on a journey which will take you on an exploration of the Victoria Falls, one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World, while having fun reconnecting with friends and creating lasting memories.
The tour programme is expected to be for 7 days/6 nights; and we will be sharing a registration form and tentative programme in the coming week to assess interest and numbers for planning purposes.
Victoria Falls (Mosi-oa-Tunya, "Thundering Smoke/Smoke that Rises"; "Boiling Water") is a waterfall on the Zambezi River, located on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is one of the world's largest waterfalls, with a width of 1,708 m (5,604 ft). The region around it has a high degree of biodiversity in both plants and animals.

ReplyDeleteThis is Gobinda Kumar Kundu from Kolkata, India. This is to keep you informed that 2026 UNICEF India Retirees' Reunion will be held from 8 - 12 February 2026. Therefore, the Working Committee of Zimbabwe Reunion may please keep these dates in mind and schedule the Zimbabwe Reunion towards the End of February/Beginning of March 2026, to facilitate participation from India.
