Summary
A report by Yale University identifies 314 Ukrainian children systematically transported to Russia using presidential aircraft and resources, and subjected to  forced adoption and re-education programs. A total of 166 children were placed directly with Russian citizens.  Kyiv estimates 19,500 children were taken in total.

    Barbarism! Breaks my heart . . . my heart goes out to the parents, and children forcibly taken from Ukraine.
