Given his rich experience with multiple UN agencies & IFRC in different countries and his prior experience in important positions in Haiti, let's hope and pray that Garry Cornille will be able to bring some modicum of good governance to Haiti. It is a challenging task for anyone in the currently lawless gangster land that Haiti has descended into.
