Our Photographer of the Week : Tad Palac

Annelore, my wife, and I are inveterate travelers and in addition I am a somewhat obsessive photographer ready to photograph anything that strikes me as interesting or photogenic…sometimes to Annelore’s annoyance: when we are out and about together, I often end up lagging behind trying to get the best shot of something!

For this slideshow I have selected some of my favourite photos taken over the last 15 months, and I have chosen only photos taken in Austria, with the exception of the photo of the tree in bloom near Mount Etna, taken on our last “foreign” trip before Austria went into the first of its several lockdowns in March 2020. Almost all the photos were taken with my trusted Nikon 5200, or a pocket-sized but nifty Canon G7, the camera I almost always have with me whenever I go out anywhere, even for my daily walk.
