Score:
10 points: Congratulations! You are probably older than UNICEF itself, and you spent most of your professional life with the most wonderful UN organization. You loved it!
7-9 point: Very good. You have been equally at home on the 13th floor, and the most arduous field locations, always paying attention to detail!
4-6 points: Not bad. You probably were only concerned about the big picture; there is plenty of room for improvement. We suggest you step up your networking with former and current colleagues.
2-3 points: You did not pay enough attention to gossip, or the stories that make UNICEF the organization it is. You need to read up. Make it a habit to visit the XUNICEF blog on a daily basis. There are also many books about UNICEF, and UNICEF people, that you can chose from. They are listed in our XUNICEF bibliography.
0-1 points: We suspect you didn’t last long in UNICEF. Do you remember the details of your last performance assessment? Rest assured, we are a big family. Everybody is welcome.

From Gianni Murzi -- Thank you Detlef, most enjoyable! I loved it very much. Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteIf I remember correctly the first Rep to the Russian Federation after the Perestroika was Gianni Murzi. I took over from him in October 1999 for a short stint until June 2000. Thereafter came in Rosemary McCreery.

LOL. Evidently, I did not keep abreast of the gossip.
ReplyDeleteI think you need to get a video of Karin shampoo dancing and share it with us 💃🏽💃🏽
