Totally unfit to be successors to such distinguished diplomats as Henry Cabot Lodge, Adlai Stevenson, Arthur Goldberg, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, Andy Young, Tom Pickering, Madeline Albright, Bill Richardson, Richard Holbrooke, Susan Rice and Samantha Power...
