"Indeed, the changes both within the organization and globally are deeply concerning. We had to reduce from 32 to 18 posts in Tirana- a very difficult process. Unfortunately, the shifts continue, and there are still no clear positive signals ahead. Challenging times, pushing us to be more creative and to explore new partnerships. I believe we'll pull through, but it's hard to see the pain our colleagues and partners experience who had not much changes in their careers over the past decade... "
