According to Rik Peeperkorn, WHO's Representative for Palestine, the IDF and Hamas have agreed to three separate, zoned three-day pauses in fighting in Gaza to allow for the vaccination campaign to operate. The pause in fighting should begin on Sunday and last each of the 3 days from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The campaign would start in central Gaza, then move to southern Gaza, followed by northern Gaza. Peeperkorn added that there was an agreement to extend the humanitarian pause in each zone to a fourth day if needed.
